T-533 special sealant for photovoltaic modules is a single component neutral curing silicone rubber. The product has good

adhesion to aluminum, tempered glass, composite backing material, junction box PPO material, and can be used for bonding

and sealing of solar cell component frame and junction box.

How to use:

1, all surfaces should be clean and dry, remove all grease and contamination affecting the bond. Suitable solvents include

isopropyl alcohol, or methyl ethyl ketone.

2, the bonding of some specific plastics requires special treatment of the surface, such as polypropylene and

polytetrafluoroethylene need chemical corrosion or plasma treatment, so as to achieve the best bonding.

3, apply T-533 neutral sealant on the surface that has been pretreated, and then quickly cover the other side that needs to be

bonded.

4, when exposed to moisture, in the room humidity and 50% relative humidity conditions, the sealant will be skin in 10 to 15

minutes. Use a knife to scrape excess sealant off the surface before crusting. The cured surface can be easily hung off with a

scraper.
