Product Description
A388 Sliding sealant doors is a ready to use, one component, neutral silicone sealant for industrial and glazing applications. It
cures at room
temperature by the action with atmosphere moisture to become a permanently flexible silicone sealant. It has good adhesion
with
wide range of surfaces without the need of priming and professional quality.

Use Limitations
A388 silicone sealant should not be applied in the following conditions:
◇ To structural use.
◇ To all surfaces that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and some uncured or sulfurized rubber.
◇ To the unventilated space or the surface which can touch the food or water directly.
◇ When the surface’s temperature is below 4℃ or above 45℃ .
◇ To the circumstances as immersed in water for a long time, moist all the year, as well as frost or wet surfaces.
◇ To materials contained copper or copper alloy, painted surface, which may cause paint cracking or paint stripping.
◇ To the surfaces with lime power, concrete or sand again.
Please read company’s technical files before application. Compatibleness test and bonding test must be done for construction
materials before application.
Processing
The substrate to be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose materials, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and
other contaminants. Extrude the sealant with caulking gun to the working area and trim it before sealant cured. Do not touch the
trimmed area again o avoid damage or aesthetic appearance.
