It is a  high performance silicone adhesive with high(ultimate) tensile strength, mechanical properties for curtain wall.

properties

Silicone sealant is a liquid form of adhesive. Typically, it looks, feels, and acts like a gel. It has a different chemical make-up

from other organic polymer-based adhesives. Unlike other adhesives, silicone keeps its elasticity and stability in both high and

low temperatures.

TYPICAL USES :

1. Skylights, canopies and general glazing.

2. Aquarium and general decorative usages.

3. For specialty glazing for butt-joints and corner joints.

Use Limitations:
 

◇ To structural use.
 

◇ To all surfaces that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and some uncured or sulfurized rubber.
 

◇ To the unventilated space or the surface which can touch the food or water directly.
 

◇ When the surface’s temperature is below 4℃ or above 45℃ .
 

◇ To the circumstances as immersed in water for a long time, moist all the year, as well as frost or wet surfaces.
 

◇ To materials contained copper or copper alloy, painted surface, which may cause paint cracking or paint stripping.
 

◇ To the surfaces with lime power, concrete or sand again.

Processing
 

The substrate to be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose materials, dust, dirt, rust, oil, and
 

other contaminants. Extrude the sealant with caulking gun to the working area and trim it before sealant cured. Do not touch the
 

trimmed area again o avoid damage or aesthetic appearance.
