Product Characteristics:
1. A one component product, acetic curing, with excellent adhesion, high strength, high modulus, high
flexible.
2. For most building materials, it has excellent adhesive sealing performance without bottom coating, and
has good flexibility, watertight and other functions.
3. After curing, it is a kind of elastomer with heat resistant, cold resistant and non-corrosion to building
materials. It has excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance
and high temperature resistance performances and no pollution to the environment.
Features:
1.Strong bonding force: Acid glass glue has a good bonding effect on a variety of materials, especially for
glass, ceramics, metals and other materials, which can form a firm bond and can withstand certain external
forces pulling and vibration.
2.A wide range of materials are applicable: In addition to common materials such as glass and metal, it
also has good adhesion to some plastics and rubbers, which makes it have great advantages in combining
bonding of different materials.
3.Fast curing speed: Under normal temperature environment, the curing speed of acidic glass glue is
relatively fast. It can generally dry within a few hours and achieve a higher strength in about a day, greatly
improving construction efficiency
4.Loose curing conditions: It has a wide range of adaptation to environmental humidity and temperature,
and can still cure well in environments with higher relative humidity or lower temperatures, unlike some
other types of adhesives that require severe environmental conditions.
Construction Guide:
1. Can't be used for structural bonding assembly.
2. Don't apply to all of the surface with exudation grease, plasticize and solvent.
3. Can't construct when the material surface temperature < 4℃ or > 40℃.
4. Can't bonding the materials containing copper or copper alloy.
